I am an independent real estate transaction coordinator for hire to agents/brokerages on a per contract basis. I provide a service that allows busy real estate agents to offload all of the aspects of their job that don’t involve sales or marketing.

I’ve held real estate licenses in Maryland and NYC (not current), but my primary occupation has been ‘software developer’ ever since I had graduated from college. So, I’m quite used to schedules and deadlines, which are the most important part of a transaction coordinator’s job (besides the attention to detail).
