Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?

I only get paid in the event that the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or your buyer walks, then there is no fee.

Are my files secure and confidential?

I do not share your information with anyone, and it is very secure. I have strict guidelines and unless you grant me permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential, even from the broker.
